Assotech is coming up with a mega-project like India’s first global city on the proposed Delhi-NCR Ring Road, connected with expressways like NH 24, and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The development plan integrates the existing vegetation, roadways, topography, water views and orientation.

The group is poised to offer a futuristic global-city with possibilities of a world-class lifestyle. This plan envisions a vibrant new community of mixed uses for families and young professionals, with active recreation and day and night entertainment, hopes Sanjeev Srivastav, marketing head, Assotech Group.

The principles of connectivity and density have guided the project’s overall design scheme. The plan connects buildings with courtyards, courtyards with linear parks, and linear parks with the central park, thereby establishing an organised and logical system. Sprawled across 396 acres of residential accommodation, commercial opportunities for all income-levels will be available.

It accommodates a commercial mart, hospital, hotel, entertainment arena and institutions including kindergarten and primary schools, colleges and a University, ample source of crystal-clean water and cascading water bodies — an ideal balance of open spaces and landscaped greenery with metric-stadium , fire and police stations thrown in.

Assotech Group is also coming up with a mega-project, an integrated township named ‘The Cosmopolis’ on the NH-5 and located opposite the upcoming AIIMS institute in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The up-coming township is located in the idyllic surroundings of the heritage sites of Uday and Khandagiri caves that fuses the traditional with the contemporary to provide an elevated living experience right in the heart of this wonderful city.

According to Sanjeev Srivastav, chairman and managing director, Assotech Group, stretching over an area of 10 acres, the integrated township will have exquisitely planned residential-apartments with top-notch facilities. Here stresses and struggles of daily life melt away in the bliss of comfortable living, he says.

The up-coming township will have residential studio-apartments, luxurious 5-bedroom apartments spread over three floors with private lift, terrace-garden and pool-shopping arcade, stateof-the-art health club, full power back up, round-the-clock water supply and in-house water treatment plant, energy efficient building, water-recycling facility, videophone security and a dedicated car parking.

Another of Assotech’s project, ‘The Metropolis’ at Rudrapur, is a fully self-sufficient mini-township that stands out as a trailblazer for the reconstruction of small towns such as Nainital, Raniketh and Almora. Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm ARCOP, it serves as a prototype in linking the elegant and luxurious lifestyle of the metropolitan city to satellite towns. Bringing with it the flavour of the big city life, the Metropolis provides a charming blend of experiences of the town and the city.

Located on NH-87, opposite the upcoming business-cum-industrial sector, and spread over 47.27 acres of SIDCUL (State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttaranchal Limited) plot, and five km away from the railway station, the mini-township will meet the highest standards of contemporary architecture.

It will have a mix of ultramodern residential, recreational and commercial spaces; 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments — some of these already booked by renowned Indian and multinational business houses — elegantly furnished serviced-apartments and the facilities include 5 star hotel, banquet hall, club, malls with multiplexes, restaurants, multi-specialty hospital, and school, adequate power back up, water supply and sewage treatment plant. Its alluringly landscaped open spaces, wide roads with efficient circulation spaces, multilevel parking form a complete township, to cater to the needs of the family.

ATS Infrastructure Ltd is developing ATS Greens PARADISO in Greater Noida. According to Sanjeev Kathuria, vice president marketing, 32 acres of prime land will have 1100 apartments in 23 towers, in 3,4 bedroom and penthouse series. The apartments will have facilities like 24-hour security, water, power, swimming pools, squash courts, tennis courts, fully equipped gymnasium and the commercial utilities include Wi Fi, broadband connectivity, creches for children and many more.

Here 3-bedroom flats with 3 toilets and servant room and 4-bedroom flats with servant room with toilet is available in the area of 1600sq/ft, 2000sq/ft and 2800sq/ft. The price of these flats range from Rs 55 lakh to 2 crore. Purvanchal Construction Works Ltd is going to launch new projects like ‘Purvanchal Heights’ and ‘Purvanchal Grace’ in Sector Zeta-01, Greater Noida.

According to Shah Alam, the group has already completed 22 projects till now as group housing societies in Delhi and NCR. He says, "We have also come up with two new projects ‘Silver City’ at Sector-93 on Noida expressway and ‘Silver City-2 ’ at Greater Noida, having 644 flats of different categories from 2-bedroom-study to 5-bedrooms with servant room. The project is likely to be completed by December, 2007. The total estimated cost of this project is 275 crore."

Ashiyana Group is also coming up with Ashiyana ‘GamAshiyana Uppvan’ and ‘Luxury Tower Tulip’ behind CISF and opposite Shipra Mall in Indirapurm. According to Rohit Modi, director, Ashiyana Group, 400 flats will be available in the area of 1195 sq ft and 940 sq ft at the rate of Rs 380 to 400 per sq ft.

In Ashiyana Uppvan, multi-storeyed apartments will have 450 flats. The built flats will be available with an area of 1595 sq ft to 1825 sq ft. The price of the flats start from Rs 2650 per sq ft, says Rohit Modi, adding Luxury Tower Tulip is one of their most ambitious projects. Here built up area of each flat is 2535 sq ft at rate of Rs 2800 per sq ft. The project is likely to be completed by end of this year.
